I did eventually get the help I needed, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I was waiting around for quite a while, and it kind of felt like they were hoping I’d just stop asking or figure it out myself. Once someone finally helped me, they were decent, but the delay definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I booked through getbrick.com and it was straightforward. Compared to a lot of other services I’ve used, it didn’t feel like a hassle at all. Their regular support has been reliable too, I had to change a time once and they sorted it out quickly. Nothing over the top, just smooth and easy, which is really all I needed.

I ordered a few things from Getbrick the packaging was better than I expected. I’m usually skeptical of all the polished company talk about “carefully packed” and “quality service” because half the time the box still shows up looking like it got kicked down the street. But this one was actually solid. Everything was wrapped tight, nothing was rattling around, and the parts arrived clean with no scratches or bends. It’s a small thing, but it matters. Easy 5 stars from me

It looks really clean and it’s Easy to carry around. i like that it doesn’t feel like a hassle to take with me.

Overall, it works fine and does what I need. The only thing that bothered me is the data side of it. Because they don’t clearly explain what gets stored or shared, I’m left feeling a little unsure about using it. A simple breakdown would make it a lot more reassuring...

The app feels easy to get around. Not cluttered. Not confusing. I found what I was looking for quickly, which I always appreciate. The buttons are simple, the pages look clean, and overall it just feels nice to use. No major complaints from me

It mostly does what it’s supposed to do, but the NFC detection has been inconsistent for me. Sometimes it picks up right away, and other times I’m sitting there moving my phone around like, okay... where’s the sweet spot?? It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just a little annoying when it doesn’t read the first time

I really wanted to like this because the idea is solid, but the app and website blocking feels basic. Some sites still somehow get through?? And setting it up was more of a hassle than I expected. It’s not totally useless, but it just didn’t work that well for me

I can manage my account without too much trouble, so that part works fine. The only thing is that changes take longer than I’d expect, almost like they’re just sitting in someone’s queue for a while before anything actually happens

The support team was calm, clear, and didn’t turn it into some huge complicated thing, which I really appreciated. it saved me a lot of stress. Easy 5 stars from me.

I got Brick because I kept grabbing my phone and opening Instagram or TikTok on autopilot, like I’d literally be in the app before realizing what I was doing. Regular screen time limits never helped because I’d just hit ignore without even thinking.
Brick has actually made a difference. Setup was painless, and now when I’m working I block the stuff that pulls me in and I don’t get that instant “oops, I’m scrolling again” moment as much. It’s not perfect, but it’s the first thing that’s worked for me.

The notifications work great, honestly. I’m completely convinced they show up exactly when they should, every single time. No complaints at all

iOS keeps glitching on me, it’s disappointing for something that’s supposed to feel smooth and reliable. I expected better, especially from Apple.
